Buying, selling, and swapping cryptocurrencies on Coinhako is a streamlined process that remains consistent across all supported coin pairings.

1. Getting Started

Access the Coinhako trading interface

1. Open the Coinhako app
   
2. Browse or search for the crypto you want to trade using the Search icon in the top right corner
   

Coin details overview

Once you select a coin, you will see the Coin Details screen. This screen gives you a complete overview of the selected asset, including:

1. Real-time price and interactive price chart
   
2. Your asset performance (Average cost, unrealised PNL)
   
3. Coin price statistics (current, high, low, etc.)
   
4. Market information (market cap, 24h volume, and more)
   
5. Favourite (bookmark) option to track the coin easily
   
6. Price alerts to stay notified of key price movements
   
7. Deposit and Withdraw buttons for on-chain transfers
   
8. Trade options - Buy, Sell, and Swap
   

2. Buying Cryptocurrencies

• From the Coin details screen, tap the "Trade" button and select "Buy" to proceed to the trading screen.
  
• Enter the amount you wish to spend (in SGD or USD) or the amount of crypto you wish to receive.
  
• Choose the frequency of your order.
  
• Select your preferred payment method.
  
• If you have a promo code or voucher, tap "Select your voucher", choose the applicable code, and tap "Apply" to activate it and view updated fees.
  
• Once everything is set, tap "Preview Buy" to review your order details before confirming.
  
• On the confirmation screen, double-check the price, amount, payment method, then tap "Buy" to execute the order.
  
• Once order is completed, a receipt will be generated. Tap "View order details" to see full transaction information.
  

3. Selling Cryptocurrencies

• From the Coin details screen, tap the "Trade" button and select "Sell" to proceed to the trading screen.
  
• Enter the amount of crypto you wish to sell or the amount of fiat (in SGD or USD) you wish to receive.
  
• If you have a promo code or voucher, tap "Select your voucher", choose the applicable code, and tap "Apply" to activate it and view updated fees.
  
• Once everything is set, tap "Preview Sell" to review your order details before confirming.
  
• On the confirmation screen, double-check the price, amount, then tap "Sell" to execute the order.
  
• Once order is completed, a receipt will be generated. Tap "View order details" to see full transaction information.
  

4. Swapping Cryptocurrencies

1. From the Coin details screen, tap the "Trade" button and select "Swap" to proceed to the trading screen.
   
2. Select the crypto pair you wish to swap. You can tap the Swap icon to switch between the coin you want to spend and the on you want to receive.
   
3. Enter the amount of crypto you want to spend or enter the amount you wish to receive.
   
4. If you have a promo code or voucher, tap "Select your voucher", choose the applicable code, and tap "Apply" to activate it and view updated fees.
   
5. Once everything is set, tap "Preview Swap" to review your order details before confirming.
   
6. On the confirmation screen, double-check the price, amount,  then tap "Swap" to execute the order.
   
7. Once order is completed, a receipt will be generated. Tap "View order details" to see full transaction information.
