Please note that once you have submitted your profile information to Coinhako, you will not be able to edit it on your own. However, if you have a need to change any of your particulars you can contact our support team here.
Change of Address
Please send us a proof of address that is dated within the last 3 months, addressed to your name and displayed in full page.
You may submit the following:
- Utility Bills
- Phone Bills
- Tax Bills
Change of Phone Number
Kindly provide us with your new phone number here.
We will update your account details accordingly after verification via SMS.
