How to update my personal details?

Once you’ve submitted your profile information to Coinhako, you won’t be able to edit it directly. To update your personal details, please contact our Support Team and provide the relevant supporting documents listed below.

Change of Legal Name

Required documents:
  1. Deed poll or other official proof of name change
  2. Updated ID (NRIC or passport) showing your new legal name

Change of Address

Submit one of the following documents as proof of your residential address:
  1. Bank statement
  2. Landline telephone bill (e.g., broadband or TV subscription)
  3. Utility bill
  4. Tax statement
  5. Government-issued letter or statement
*Note: The document must be dated within the last 3 months.

Change of Phone Number

Required documents:
  1. Latest phone bill or proof of mobile ownership issued by your telco provider
  2. Verification photo showing:
    1. Your full face
    2. Your ID used to register with Coinhako
    3. A handwritten note stating: “Coinhako Change Phone Number - [Old Number] - [New Number] - [Submission Date]”
