Before you send crypto out of Coinhako, check three things:

• The coin — the token you are sending is a token the receiving address accepts.
• The address — copy and paste it, then check that the first and last few characters match.
• The network — the network you select is the same network as the receiving address (for example ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20).

Sending the wrong coin, or the right coin on the wrong network, can cause permanent loss even when the address looks correct. Getting all three right is your responsibility.

We do offer recovery services, but only on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot promise that a recovery will work.

What to know about token recovery

• Every request is reviewed case by case.
• It is not always possible to recover coins sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network.
  
• Recovery will only be performed if the token value is over 500 USD. 
• A recovery charge of 250 USD or 3%, whichever is higher will be applied for all successful recoveries.
• Additional recovery charges may apply for complex recoveries, or recoveries requiring significant time or technology investment.
• Recoveries may take up to 3 months or longer to be performed.
