Coinhako Transfer Limits

Coinhako Transfer Limits

This article will cover everything you need to know about the Transfer Limits on your Coinhako account.

What are Transfer Limits?

Transfer limits refer to the total value of all assets that you withdraw in a defined period of time— basically, the total amount that you can withdraw (in fiat) or send (in crypto).

Transfer limits are monitored on a daily and 30-day basis.

The daily transfer limits take into account the total value of assets withdrawn in the last 24 hours, while the monthly transfer limits cover the total value of assets withdrawn from 30 days ago to the current time.

What are the Transfer Limits for my Coinhako account?

After your account is verified, you can view your transfer limit via the following methods:

Under the 'Superwallet' tab:

  • Click on the arrow beside ‘Singapore Dollars’, then select ‘Withdraw’. After you’ve selected a bank account, you should see your remaining withdrawal limit.

  • Select a token and click on the 'Send' button. You should see your remaining sending limit

Under the ‘Account’ tab:

  • Select ‘Account Information. You should see your remaining daily and month limit here.

When will my Monthly Transfer Limit reset?

The monthly limit applies for 30 days — this limit is not reset at the beginning of each month. Instead, your monthly limit resets 30 days after each withdrawal.

E.g. Your withdrawal limit is 20,000 SGD and you withdraw 5,000 SGD on 26 May, then another 10,000 SGD on 27 May. Your remaining limit will be 5,000 SGD until 25 June, when it will reset to 10,000 SGD, and then to 20,000 SGD on 26 June.

How much can I deposit (fiat)?

Technically, Transfer Limits only apply for Fiat or Crypto withdrawals. However, do note the limits for Fiat Deposits:

  • Interbank Transfer
    20,000 SGD per transaction

  • Xfers Direct Charge
20,000 SGD per transaction, unlimited per day.

There are no other limits on deposits.
