Complaints Handling

At Coinhako, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and timely process for addressing customer complaints via our customer support channels either in-app support section or web widget.

Submit a complaint

  1. Go to our Coinhako app.
  2. Navigate to the Support section with Hub.
  3. Select Submit a Request.
  4. Select Main Issue Type as Complaints and Disputes.
  5. Provide a clear description of your complaint.

Things to note:

  1. An acknowledgement to be expected within 2 business days upon submission.
  2. Resolution: We will endeavour to resolve any disputes within 30 business days of receipt of your complaint. Should the matter remain unresolved, an additional request should be submitted and an indicative timeframe regarding the resolution of your complaint shall be communicated to you. For more details regarding our complaints handling process, please refer to Clause 12 of our User Agreement.  
Please ensure you include the following details in your submission:
  1. A clear description of the complaint
  2. Any relevant supporting documents
A response will be provided upon our review.
