Fiat Deposit Refunds: What You Need to Know

Important: Make sure your bank deposit matches your verified name and follows the instructions.
If your deposit:
  1. Does not come from a bank account under your verified name, or
  2. Includes the wrong transaction note, comment, or description,
  3. Is missing the Reference Number (for SGD deposits),
it will be refunded.
Refunds:
  1. Will have a flat SGD 2 refund fee (for SGD deposits) or USD 50 refund fee (for USD deposits)
  2. Can take up to 7 business days to reach your bank
  3. Will only be sent to a bank account we’ve verified belongs to you
