- Deposits that do not originate from a bank account that matches your verified name or transaction note/comments/description that does not match the deposit instructions will be refunded.
- Refunded deposits will carry a 2% processing fee and may take up to 7 business days to be credited back to your bank account. Refunds can only be made to a bank account that we have verified to belong to you.
