How Do I Send Crypto using Sygna Hub?
What is Sygna Hub?
It is a Travel Rule compliance solution that helps virtual asset service providers (VASPs) share privacy-secure and accurate transmittal data with each other.
How do I send crypto using the Sygna Hub protocol?
Please make sure that the beneficiary exchange/VASP supports Sygna Hub before sending
Step 1: On the Send page, select “via Sygna Hub”
Step 2: On the same page, ensure that you do the following:
Fill in the correct recipient’s address
Choose the correct address destination
Fill in the correct user code*
Fill in the correct amount to send
Read, understand and agree to Coinhako’s Recovery Policy
Once done, select “Preview transaction”
*The user code is not the same as the user’s name
Step 3: Select “Proceed to send”
Step 4: Select “Get the code” and enter the verification code sent to your email. Then, enter the OTP from your authenticator app. Once done, select “Confirm to send”
Step 7: Your transaction will be processed. In the meantime, select “Return to Super Wallet”
Can I use the recipient’s name instead of their user code?
Please note that the user code may be different from the recipient’s name. Your transaction may be unsuccessful if the user code was entered incorrectly.
