How To Deposit USD Via Bank Transfers on Coinhako

To make a USD deposit into your Coinhako account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your online banking account.

  2. Navigate to the "Transfers" or "Payments" section.

  3. Select "Overseas Transfer" or "International Transfer."

If you are sending USD from your DBS/ POSB bank, after selecting ‘Overseas Transfer’, add Coinhako as a corporate account and proceed with the following steps.

  1. Enter the recipient's bank details, including their name, account number, and bank address. Refer to the Deposit USD section in the Coinhako app for the specific details required for DBS Hako Tech deposits.





2. Enter your desired transfer amount in USD.
3. Select your desired transfer method (SWIFT, Telegraphic Transfer, MEPS, ACT).
4. Confirm the transfer details and initiate the USD transfer.Upon making the transfer, email the MT103 or transfer advice issued by your bank to hello@coinhako.com upon making the transfer

An MT103 or transfer advice refers to a document or message issued by your bank when you make a financial transfer.
It typically contains details about the transfer, such as the sender's and recipient's information, the amount transferred,the purpose of the transfer, and any additional instructions or references.

An MT103 document should look like this.


When will my deposit be reflected in my account?

USD transfers can take up to several business days depending on the transfer method and bank cutoff times. Once we receive the transfer, we will credit it to your account and send an email and push notification to notify you of the successful deposit.

Note: Each bank may have slightly different steps or terminology for making outgoing USD transfers, so be sure to consult your bank's instructions or contact their customer service for assistance if needed.
