How to Deposit USD to Coinhako?
To deposit USD into your Coinhako account, follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking account.
Go to the "Transfers" or "Payments" section.
Select "Overseas Transfer" or "International Transfer."
If you're using DBS/POSB, select ‘Overseas Transfer’, then add Coinhako as a corporate account and proceed with the following steps.
Enter the recipient's bank details, including their name, account number, and bank address.
You can find the exact information needed for DBS Hako Tech deposits in the "Deposit USD" section of the Coinhako app.
- Enter your desired transfer amount in USD.
- Choose the SWIFT transfer method.
- Check and confirm the transfer details, then initiate the USD transfer.
- After you’ve made the transfer, email the MT103 or the transfer receipt from your bank to hello@coinhako.com.
MT103 or transfer advice is a document or message your bank provides when you make a financial transfer.
It usually includes details like the sender and recipient's information, the amount sent, the reason for the transfer, and any extra notes or instructions. MT103 document should look like this.
When will my deposit show up?
USD transfers can take a few business days depending on the transfer method and bank cutoff times. Once we receive the transfer, we will credit it to your account and let you know by email and push notification.
Note: Banks may use different steps or terms when sending USD. Check your bank’s instructions or contact their support if you need help.
