How To Set Up Recurring Buys on Coinhako?
On Mobile
Navigate to the Account tab, and select Recurring Buys.
Select the asset you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.
Enter the amount you want to spend.
Decide how often you want your buy to repeat. You may chose for your buy to repeat daily, weekly, twice monthly or monthly.
Once all fields have been fillled, select continue to preview your recurring buy.
Select Confirm once you’re ready to place your buy.
On Web/Browser
Click on the “Trade” tab from the navigation bar
Select “Recurring Buys” from the drop down menu
Select the asset you’d like to purchase and how much of it you want to purchase. Then, select how often you want you buy to repeat. You may chose for your buy to repeat daily, weekly, twice monthly or monthly
Once all fields have been fillled, select continue to preview your recurring buy.
Select Confirm once you’re ready to place your buy.

The amount of crypto you receive for each recurring buy is determined by the market price at the time of execution and may differ, as the price of crypto can fluctuate rapidly. However, making smaller purchases at regular intervals, averages out your cost and may reduce your exposure to market volatility.
What payment methods are supported for recurring buys?
You may fund your recurring buys with your Coinhako SGD or USD wallet.
What buy intervals are available and when will I be charged?
You can set your recurring buys to daily, weekly, twice-monthly or monthly intervals.
You will be charged at the time of execution. This is set at 2 PM SGT, but we cannot guarantee that the purchase will go through at that exact time. Once executed, the transaction cannot be undone.
What are the fees for recurring buys?
The standard trading fee on Coinhako is 0.6%, but there may be variations depending on the account type or tier. We will always display the exact fees before you complete a trade.

How do I pause or stop my recurring buy plan?
Access your ‘Account’ section > Under ‘Hako grow’ section, select ‘My recurring buy plans’ > Select the plan you wish to pause > Press the [Pause] button.
What happens if I have insufficient funds?
If your account balance is insufficient at the time of execution for a recurring buy buy, the purchase will not go through. The recurring buy will remain active and make a new purchase on the next buy date as long as you have sufficient funds available.
