Verify Using the Coinhako Verification Page
If you're unsure whether a website, email, or social media account is genuinely from Coinhako, you can use our Coinhako Verification tool.
Simply enter the URL, email address, or social media handle you received, and the tool will tell you whether it is an official Coinhako communication channel.
Please note: Coinhako Verification is an advisory tool designed to help you identify official channels — it is not a guarantee of the security or authenticity of any communication. Even if a channel is verified as official, you should remain cautious. Risks such as spoofing attacks, unauthorised access to official accounts, and message interception still exist. You should never share your password, 2FA code, or transfer assets based on any request, even if it appears to come from an official Coinhako channel.
If the details you entered come back as not associated with Coinhako, please exercise caution and report the incident through our official Help Desk.
What You Should Do
Whether or not you've received such an email, we urge you to stay vigilant and follow these security practices:
- Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments.
- Do not respond to or call any unknown numbers or senders.
- Stay informed with our guide on How to Protect Yourself Against Scams and Hacks.
- Use Coinhako Verification to check whether any website, email, or social media account is an official Coinhako channel.
- When in doubt, verify any communication through our official Help Desk.

About SMS Messages
Coinhako only uses SMS once — during the phone verification step as part of KYC (identity verification).
This is the only legitimate instance where you will receive an SMS from Coinhako.
We do not provide any general SMS messaging service for marketing, account updates, or withdrawal confirmations.
If you receive any other SMS claiming to be from Coinhako — especially messages asking you to click links, share passwords, or provide 2FA codes — please treat them as scams or phishing attempts.
If you receive a suspicious SMS:
-
Do not click on any links or reply to the message.
-
Verify if you recently performed a phone verification step in your KYC process. If not, it’s likely a scam.
-
Block the sender’s phone number to prevent further messages.
Report the message to our
Support Team immediately, including a screenshot and the sender details.
