Coinhako only uses SMS once — during the phone verification step as part of KYC (identity verification).

We do not provide any general SMS messaging service for marketing, account updates, or withdrawal confirmations.
If you receive any other SMS claiming to be from Coinhako — especially messages asking you to click links, share passwords, or provide 2FA codes — please treat them as scams or phishing attempts.
If you receive a suspicious SMS:
Do not click on any links or reply to the message.
Verify if you recently performed a phone verification step in your KYC process. If not, it’s likely a scam.
Block the sender’s phone number to prevent further messages.
