You should never share your password, 2FA code, or transfer assets based on any request, even if it appears to come from an official Coinhako channel.

Coinhako only uses SMS once — during the phone verification step as part of KYC (identity verification).
This is the only legitimate instance where you will receive an SMS from Coinhako.

We do not provide any general SMS messaging service for marketing, account updates, or withdrawal confirmations.
If you receive any other SMS claiming to be from Coinhako — especially messages asking you to click links, share passwords, or provide 2FA codes — please treat them as scams or phishing attempts.

If you receive a suspicious SMS:

1. Do not click on any links or reply to the message.

2. Verify if you recently performed a phone verification step in your KYC process. If not, it’s likely a scam.

3. Block the sender’s phone number to prevent further messages.

4. Report the message to our Support Team immediately, including a screenshot and the sender details.
