Password Reset Instructions
This article talks about the different ways you can reset your Coinhako password.
Resetting your password on the Login page
1. Select the 'Sign in' option.
2. Select 'Forgot password?'
3. Enter the email address registered with Coinhako.
4. An email will be sent to your Coinhako email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
* Please note that withdrawal of fiat and crypto will be disabled 24 hours after your password is reset.
Resetting your password on the Account tab
1. Navigate to the ‘Account’ tab, then select ‘Account information’.
2. Select ‘Change’ on the Password field.
3. Fill up the relevant fields accordingly and select ‘Send Reset Email’ once done.
* Please note that withdrawal of fiat and crypto will be disabled 24 hours after your password is reset.
