I think I just got scammed. What should I do?

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your accounts for maximum security.

• Verify that links and attachments are from legitimate and trustworthy sources before opening them.

• Do not use important dates, easily-accessible personal information in your password (e.g. your first name or birthday)

• Use a strong password for your accounts — you may use a password generator, which helps you churn out a long string of alphanumeric characters. 

• Do not download third-party software from unknown sources/at a stranger’s request.
