How to Set up Recurring Deposits to Your Coinhako Account with DBS

Setting Up a Recurring Deposit with DBS

This article will show you the steps to set up a recurring deposit to your Coinhako account via DBS

  1. Log in to your digibank mobile with your User ID and PIN.
  2. Add Coinhako as a Recipient: Before setting up a recurring deposit, make sure to add Coinhako as a recipient.
    1. Tap on "Pay & Transfer" at the bottom and select "Add Local Recipient".
    2. Tap on "Bank account".
    3. Enter the Recipient's name, Recipient's Bank and Account number, then tap "Next".
      1. You will need the account information from your Coinhako app:
        1. Open Coinhako app, go to "Wallet", select "Deposit".

        2. Select "SGD", then select "FAST". 

      2. Some banks may have character limits for recipient names. If you encounter an error, please check with your bank.
    4. Review the recipient's details, tap Add Recipient Now and complete the 2FA to add Coinhako as a recipient.
  3. Set up Recurring deposit after adding Coinhako as a recipient by going to Transfer > More Transfer Services > Set Up Standing Instruction
  4. Fill in the "To" section
    1. Bank: Select DBS/POSB Bank
    2. Payee: Select the Coinhako account you just added
    3. Name: Hako Technology Pte. Ltd.
    4. Reference: Enter your unique deposit code
      1. Your unique deposit code can be found in the Coinhako app under: Wallet > Deposit > SGD > FAST
  5. Select the "From" Account, choose your debiting account
  6. Enter the transfer details under the "Standing Instructions" section
    1. Payment Amount
    2. First Payment Date
    3. Payment Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly)
    4. Last Payment Date & Amount (if any)
  7. Review the details, then tap "Next" followed by "Submit" to complete the setup.
